Summary[]
Tinka returns from the Old Country and the girls get ready for the spotlight dance. Gary returns to announce that he is going to be Ty's new co-host on Shake It Up. CeCe, Rocky and Tinka think that this is going to create problems for Ty. So, they decide to help them be best friends. Meanwhile, Logan, Deuce and Gunther do Flynn's homework but in the end they discover that Flynn was lying so he couldn't do his homework.
